Prices were in US dollars. Note that we did require contributors to register and attend in order to present their content; please see your acceptance email for details.
Registration to the Full Conference Package included one ticket to the dinner reception; a small number of additional tickets for guests were available through the registration system at $80.00 each. We may not have be able to guarantee reception space to late registrants.
Please no longer attempt to register to attend via CEvent.
